General Yearly Contracts

General Yearly Contracts provide better price, stability and timeliness of delivery. You get the advantage over competitors and guarantee with the realization of your projects.

The main importance of the General Early Contracts is the provision of these terms and conditions for which you will not have to always look for new supplier to each contract.

Brief description of the contract operation:

• contract does not force you to buy at any price but you can discuss about the price
• purpose is to order such quantity for a period of 1 year as it would be possible to achieve the lowest possible price
• contract is aimed particulary at customers who do not and can not have a precise idea about the amount which during the year they consume for their production and its application on the market (new product, customer contract awarded by the public sector, etc.)

Some problems may arise during the year with customer collection that are following and have defined solution:

• buyer withdraws from the collection of the remaining quantity - seller shall be entitled to increase the agreed price for goods already delivered
• buyer withdraws from the collection of the all amount on only one of ordered components - more options are described in the agreement as eg. substitute by other goods
• buyer does not take the full quantity for 1 year - seller has the possibility to extend the delivery period eg. about 3 more months to buyer
• buyer uses the goods before - seller provides the advantage that buyer can increase an order at the same price and not order a smaller quantity at a higher price
• possibility of any price reduction for additional ordering and exceeded the current limit at which it is entitled to a lower price

The big advantage is the ability to buy individual pieces and the price is reduced each time it exceeded the limit, eg. 10+, 50+, 100+, during the year.
